Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, preferred cleaning date and additional notes.

We also collect details needed to prepare your quote, such as your cleaning service selection, property size, room numbers, business type, cleaning frequency and optional extras. Please avoid including sensitive information, payment details or property access codes in the quote form.

Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare a cleaning quote, respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and arrange a service if you choose to proceed.

After you submit a quote request, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide. We may contact you by email or phone about your enquiry. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

If you do not provide the required contact details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quote.

Email handling and service providers

Your quote request is emailed to our business inbox, and a copy is sent to your email address. Quote requests are not stored in a website database, but copies may remain in our email systems and our email delivery provider’s records.

We use Resend to deliver these emails. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services. We may also share relevant information with people who help us respond to your enquiry or carry out your requested cleaning service, and where required or authorised by law.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. Overseas processing locations: [confirm and insert the countries used by the business’s hosting, mailbox and email delivery providers].

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep enquiry and service records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiry retention period: [insert the business’s confirmed retention period and deletion arrangements].

Website images and external services

This version of our website loads some images from Unsplash. Loading those images involves a request from your browser to that provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. If you follow links to another website, its own privacy policy applies.

This website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics tools. We will update this policy if we introduce tools that change how we collect or use your information.

Access, corrections and privacy concerns

You can contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information to verify your identity before responding.

Please describe your request or concern using the contact details below. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au to ask whether it can assist.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
